Customs clearance (national and international)
We handle all customs formalities and official requirements quickly and without detours. Since we are an approved goods facility, we can clear all shipments in our security warehouse. The need for a trip to the customs office and long waiting times is therefore eliminated.
Export license
The export of art objects in Austria is regulated by EU Regulation (EC) No. 116/2009 and the Austrian Federal Monuments Office. They decide on the export of national cultural goods or the whereabouts of Austrian movable monuments.
We clarify whether your art object is exportable and take care of the entire export procedure.
CITES Authorization
The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) regulates the trade and export of animals and plants that are protected, as well as objects made from parts of endangered species. Other authorities, such as the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, are involved in the implementation of CITES in Austria.
